GET TO KNOW ME
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado. I am originally from Oklahoma, I moved to Colorado on New Years Day in 2017. Talk about a fresh start! I completed my Masters of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in 2014. Oklahoma State's Marriage and Family Therapy program is a COAMFTE accredited program, and I have 10 years of experience in the mental health field. In my free time, you can find my husband and I exploring Colorado with our dog, Rogers.

I am happy to hold a safe space for you and serve as a guide to help you find the change you're looking for. It is very important to me that I don't use a one size fits all approach and that we work together to tailor my skills to meet your needs, because I may be the professional but you are the expert in your life. Together, we will discover what you are needing in order to achieve peace and balance. As a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), I will bring a systemic perspective to the therapeutic process.

You can expect to grow in naming and better understanding your emotional experiences so as to gain more clarity, confidence, and compassion for yourself and others. I specialize in working with individuals and couples wanting to improve communication and connection.
I believe it is brave to reach out for help, and I would love to be a part of your journey to accomplish your goals. I am happy to answer any questions about myself and/or what to expect in working with me.
